Andrew Pearson is an artist who uses carved wood to express his view of life, sometimes comment on how life is, and then brings the familiar techniques into the 21st century. Based in Ludlow, Shropshire, Andrew has been a woodcarver and turner since 1989, having trained at Wolverhampton School of Art. He is assisted by his wife, Tania, who is a gilder, polisher and studio artist in her own right. Her website can be viewed at
